At IRUS Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange window on all non-prescription items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IRUS account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original hard case and microfiber cleaning cloth, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is securely packed in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
